REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All PDI goods are backed by our unconditional money back guarantee.
Seminar tickets may only be refunded up until fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event.
Should you wish to simply exchange for some reason, please request an Exchange and Refund Form from PDI by mail (PO Box 1699 Potts Point NSW 1335 Australia), telephone (+61 2 8004 6669) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).and complete the details, print a copy and follow the return instructions.
Should you wish to have a full refund, please return the item/s in their original condition together with your tax invoice within thirty (30) calendar days.
Please note: For both exchanges and refunds, the cost of return postage back to PDI is the responsibility of the customer. However, all exchanges returned to you will be free of delivery charges.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS INSTRUCTIONS
1. From your local post office
Post your product back by registered mail to the address below.
- The cost of postage and registered mail is the responsibility of the customer.
- No responsibility is accepted for returned items that do not arrive at our postal address. For this reason we recommend that all items posted are registered.
- Enclose the original tax invoice and the Online Exchange and Refund form and your product will be exchanged, or if you prefer, a full refund will be processed.
- Please ensure the product is in a new condition and has the original packaging still attached.

PDI’s goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If PDI breaches a consumer guarantee you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Only if there is a major failure in the goods or services are you entitled to any other compensation and then only for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Via this website, PDI promotes and sells goods and services. The terms and conditions of sale applicable to these items are detailed below.

All transactions that occur on the PDI website are undertaken in accordance with the laws of, and within the jurisdiction of, New South Wales, Australia.
All prices advertised on the PDI website are in Australian Dollars (unless noted otherwise) and are subject to change without notice.
Transactions that involve event ticketing and subscription services are undertaken via a third party event planning organisation and payment gateway. PDI does not warrant the performance of any third party systems or processes.
Cooling off periods are not applicable to any product or service sold on the PDI website however ticketed events may be refunded no later than seven (7) days prior to the event after which no refund is applicable.
Once a transaction, other than a subscription, is completed on the PDI website, there are no ongoing fees or charges applicable.
